Background

Before launching Thrive With Lou, I spent nearly 15 years working across consulting, programme leadership and global culture strategy, including as a Senior Manager at Linklaters.

My experience spans leadership development, organisational culture, sponsorship and talent development programmes, stakeholder engagement and large-scale strategic initiatives across international teams and complex environments.

Alongside coaching and facilitation, I have designed and led global sponsorship initiatives supporting over 150 participants, partnered with senior leadership on culture and transformation work, and built programmes focused on leadership, progression, visibility and inclusive high performance.

Beyond my corporate background, I am also a TEDx speaker and former podcast host, with a passion for thoughtful conversations around growth, ambition, communication and reinvention.

Today, I bring that blend of strategic, people-centred and communication-focused experience into my work with organisations through workshops, speaking engagements, facilitation and advisory partnerships.
